You have inquired about the Total pension of consisting of Service pension + Disability Pension/ War Injury Pension 1- Maj 6 yrs of service, 2- Hav 14-15 yrs of service The Informationas I gather is as under:-
1. Maj- (a) Service Gratuity-- 6x pay last drown (lump sum) + Disability Pension- 30% of last Pay drawn p.m.
(b) War Injury- Total Pension=Last Pay Drawn..
2. Hav. (a) Service Gratuity With 14/15 years is entitled to =50% of (Pay Last Drawn x 28/30 Half yrs completed) + 30% of last pay drawn as Disability Pension)
(b) War Injury - Total Pension Last Pay drawn.
Notes:-1. Since both cases belong to Post 2006 cases, Their Pay tables were published in Army Instructions , being Restricted Not accessible to us, i will not be in a position to give it here. You may get it from any Maj of that seniority in the Center.
2. The Pay And Pension of A Hav will depend on his Group i.e X/Y/Z + Class 1/2/3. Ask the fellow who has inquired of his trade category and grade.
